Just run make.

• /var/lib/php/sessions (tmpfs is recommended)
• /var/log/apache2

• 8080/tcp

⁠Environment variables

• APACHE_SERVER_NAME (hostname by default)
• PHP_TIMEZONE ('UTC' by default)
• PGSQL_HOST
