⁠Android Docker Image for React native

The image has the following tools:

• Node 24
• OpenJDK 21
• Android SDK command line tools
• platforms android-36
• build-tools 36.0.0

⁠Motivation

This image can be used for React Native development and generating the build artifact APK.

This lightweight Android Docker image can also be used in the CI/CD pipeline to build and generate an APK. The objective is to keep the image size as small as possible; hence, it doesn't contain an emulator. The emulator is not needed to build an APK.
