⁠Foopipes

Fetch, transform and store json from external data sources into ElasticSearch, RavenDB among others.

• Push or poll content via http, message queues, or using a scheduler.
• Transform json or binary content using Node.js modules or C# code blocks.
• Store output into a local storage. (currently Elasticsearch, RavenDB or file)
• Write plugins in .NET Core

⁠Tags

• latest - latest stable alpha release, runtime.
• latest-sdk - latest stable alpha release, which compiles typescript and installs npm packages at startup.
• next- unstable development branch.
• next-sdk - unstable development branch, which compiles typescript and installs npm packages at startup.
• x - latest major version
• x-sdk - latest major version
• x.y.z - specific version
• x.y.z-sdk - specific version

When using the -sdk tags the image runs npm install and tsc at startup. This is useful for development of modules and configuration, or when you don't want to create own Docker images based on the runtime tags.

⁠Example

Start with foopipes.yaml and typescript modules in current directory:

docker run -v %CD%:/project aretera/foopipes:latest-sdk

or

docker run -v $(pwd):/project aretera/foopipes:latest-sdk
