where absolute_path_to_jmrui is the directory path that contains jMRUI program is, and absolute_path_to_data to be the path that has the data you want to process with jMRUI. path_you_want to be the path where the data will be in the container.
For example, if you downloaded jMRUI and unzip under /Users/a_user/Downloads/jmrui and the data you want to process is at /Users/kim/Documents/data/data.rda, you can run:
docker run -it -e DISPLAY=${ip}:0 -v /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix \
-v /Users/a_user/Downloads/jmrui:/jmrui \
-v /Users/a_user/Documents/data:/data \
--rm \
arine/jmrui
./jmrui.sh inside of the container. When you load data on jMRUI, they are under /path_you_want_1, /path_you_want_2, and so on.
On the former example, the data is under /data.If you have any question, please send email to [email protected]
