Docker image for Erlang/Elixir project development.

It is based on alpine:3.2.

It includes all available Erlang packages as well as latest stable Elixir version.

Ships with rebar3 and rebar3_hex plugin (useful for modern Erlang applications/libraries).

Also provides make, cmake, gcc, clang, and nodejs.
