First of all, a repository must be created in the GraphDB triplestore with IP = 172.27.0.2.
Such as IP is just an example.
Let's call this repository skosmos
Then, from now on, the URL of SPARQL endpoint will be http://172.27.0.2:7200/repositories/skosmos
In addition, a named graph to contain the vocabulary must be created in the repository skosmos. Let's call this named graph <http://jita>.
Next, the file jita.nt must be imported into that named graph.
Then, two files must be edited. Note that in both of them the SPARQL endpoint IP must be entered manually.
See config.inc
define("DEFAULT_ENDPOINT", "http://172.27.0.2:7200/repositories/skosmos");
See vocabularies.ttl for an example about how to add a vocabulary (JITA)
:jita a skosmos:Vocabulary, void:Dataset ;
dc:title "JITA - JITA Classification System of Library and Information Science"@en ;
dc:subject :cat_general ;
dc:type mdrtype:ONTOLOGY ;
void:uriSpace "http://jita";
skosmos:language "en";
skosmos:defaultLanguage "en";
skosmos:showTopConcepts "true";
skosmos:showStatistics "false";
skosmos:loadExternalResources "false";
skosmos:shortName "JITA";
skosmos:groupClass isothes:ConceptGroup ;
skosmos:arrayClass isothes:ThesaurusArray ;
void:sparqlEndpoint <http://172.27.0.2:7200/repositories/skosmos> ;
skosmos:sparqlGraph <http://jita> .
Once the environment has been created in the Fuseki server:
Create dataset curl -I -u admin:admin -XPOST --data "dbName=skosmos&dbType=tdb" -G http://localhost:3030/$/datasets/
Load example vocabulary (e.g. jita.ttl) curl -I -X POST -H Content-Type:text/turtle -T jita.ttl -G http://localhost:3030/skosmos/data
