ataridude/scanservjs repository overview

I wanted sbs20's scanservjs image on my raspbery pi, but I only found AMD64 images. To make this image, I download the source from https://github.com/sbs20/scanservjs⁠, build it on my M1 MacBook Air, then push. This code is identical to the AMD64 version published by sbs20.
