docker image for postgis default install set based on ubuntu 16.04LTS

⁠WARNING: NOT FOR PRODUCTION USE

⁠configure

You can use the following Environment Variables to configure postgres.

• POSTGRES_USER default is postgres.
• POSTGRES_PASSWORD default is password.
• POSTGRES_DB default is whatever POSTGRES_USER was.
• PGDATA will define where the PG Database files are stored, default is /var/lib/postgresql/data

⁠use

after compile use

$ psql -h 127.0.0.1 -U docker
