Service to manage AWS EC2 instances with RESTFUL API. The service gets instance name to filter as an environment variable and return the first available instance.
GET /ping
GET /instances
PATCH /instances/start
PATCH /instances/stop_all
PATCH /instances/instance_id/stop
Example:
docker run -d -p 5000:5000 -e INSTANCE_NAME=Slave automationitay/ec2_manager:2.0
