IEC 104 Server (Logger Side)

The server module runs on the PLC/RTU simulation and supports two modes:

Fetch Mode: Simulates real-time control operations. When a client sends a request (e.g., to read or write a data point), the server responds immediately, emulating interactive SCADA control. Report Mode: Simulates automatic periodic reporting from RTU to SCADA. The server broadcasts data updates to all connected clients at configurable intervals, reflecting real-world telemetry behavior.

#IEC 104 Client (emulates SCADA-HMI Side)

The IEC104 client module operates on the SCADA/HMI side and manages data acquisition and control commands:

Reads measurement values (status, analog inputs) from the PLC/RTU. Writes control signals or setpoints back to the PLC/RTU. Interacts with real-time or historical data management modules in the SCADA system.
