⁠Overview

Apache Maven is a software project management and comprehension tool. Based on the concept of a project object model (POM), Maven can manage a project's build, reporting and documentation from a central piece of information. How to use this Image

$ docker run -it --rm --name my-project -v "$(pwd)":/root -w /root avalonlab/maven-openjdk14:latest mvn clean install

The Dockerfiles and associated scripts are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0⁠.

Licenses for the products installed within the images:

• Apache Maven: The project license is Apache License⁠
• OpenJDK: The project license is GNU GPL v2 with Classpath Exception⁠.

As with all Docker images, other software is likely to be included, which might be under other licenses (such as Bash, etc from the base distribution, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained).

As for any pre-built image usage, it is the image user's responsibility to ensure that any use of this image complies with any relevant licenses for all software contained within.
