Read values from your kiwigrid installation and push them to kvstore.io

kiwipush reads values from kiwigrid devices and pushes them to kvstore.io to make them publicly accessible to anyone that knows your kvstore api key.
To run this container, you'll need to define the following environment variables:

| KVStoreCollection | string | The collection name on kvstore.io to push the values to |
| KVStoreItemKey | string | The item key on kvstore.io to push the values to |
| KVStoreApiKey | string | The api key for kvstore.io |
| EndpointIpAddress | string | The ip address of the kiwigrid api gateway. More information on kiwi. |
| Device | string | The name of the kiwigrid device to read the values that are pushed. More information on kiwi. |
| Tags | string | The tags (value names) of the kiwigrid device to read and push (comma or semicolon separated). More information on kiwi. |
| AddTimeStamp | bool | Adds an UTC time stamp to the json object that gets pushed |
