Docker is run with the following command -

-v /home/geneset-cron/em_genesets_code_drive:/home/geneset-cron 
baderlab/geneset_build 
/home/geneset-cron/EnrichmentMap_monthlyGenesetBuild/GeneSetTools/create_genesets_cronjob.sh
