Backend image for Cowboy Dashboard, a self-hosted dashboard for Cowboy bike data, ride statistics, and route heatmaps.

This image provides the Python/FastAPI backend. It handles Cowboy login server-side, syncs ride data on demand, caches trips and route data locally, exposes dashboard/heatmap API endpoints, and includes a mock Cowboy API mode for development and testing without calling the real Cowboy servers.
