⁠This image is base on openfrontier's dockerfile.

Because openfrontier's gerrit images can't setting all the arguement in gerrit.config, I build this image.

I inherited his's dockerfile and add some lines.

I change the gerrit-entrypoint.sh which I add some line about some envirment argument for gerrit.config

I change the gerrit-entrypoint.sh to install some external plugins for Gerrit. Because it may not install over two plugins by the envirment argument GERRIT_INIT_ARGS.

I add some line to install pluginds in the Gerrit initialization， such as commit-message-length-validator, download-commands, hooks, replication, reviewnotes

I think the version4 I will add all envirment argument of gerrit.config in the gerrit-entrypoint.sh
