This repository consists of one shell script, 10 python codes and the Dockerfile used to create this container. This container needs two data sets:

1. VIC model fluxes files to get the values for the deep soil moisture.
2. TerraPop population per each county
   This container outputs a visualization for the Population per county versus the Average deep soil moisture percent for the counties in a sub catchment in the State of South Carolina.
