⁠Java17 - Docker mod for code-server

This mod adds a java17 dev environment to code-server, to be installed/updated during container start.

In code-server docker arguments, set an environment variable DOCKER_MODS=bambam018/docker-mod-java17

If adding multiple mods, enter them in an array separated by |, such as DOCKER_MODS=bambam018/docker-mod-java17|linuxserver/mods:code-server-mod2

*Note: when the pull request is accepted from https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-mods⁠ then I will update this to be linuxserver/mods:code-server-java17. Regardless, you should have no issue using the mod from this repo.
