bambov/tracker_spy repository overview

$ docker run --name tracker-spy -e TORRENT_URL={URL_TO_TORRENT_CENTER} --link postgres:postgres -p 8080:80 bambov/tracker-spy

Postgres container must provide tracker_spy user with tracker_spy password and tracker_spy database. (You can use https://hub.docker.com/r/bambov/torrent_center_postgres/⁠) TORRENT_URL must point to service which implements interface (TODO).
