Why make an ARM based docker image for Cloud9 IDE? I made this image because it would be a great way to enable developing for ARM. My hope is that this image should make it easier to build and test applications for ARM, since the IDE runs on ARM natively. Another reason is that previously there was not a docker image for Cloud9 IDE on ARM.

Note: Cloud9 IDE runs as a non-root user on port 8080
