base2bio/artic-ncov2019 repository overview

This container provides an environment for analyzing SARS-CoV-2 data generated using the ARTIC protocol (https://artic.network/ncov-2019/ncov2019-bioinformatics-sop.html⁠) and is built from the ARTIC nCoV-2019 GitHub repository (https://github.com/artic-network/artic-ncov2019⁠). All binaries installed via the Conda environment from that repo are available, including artic and rampart. Primer schemes and RAMPART protocol data are mounted under /data.
