Maple2-SOB-WindDust BBS series only provide Big-5 encoding for services,

Please use proper clients or terminal that supports Big-5 encoding (e.g. PCMan, PCManX) to connect to the service.

HOW TO GET PERM_SYSOP:

1. connect to BBS and add a new user
2. log out, go to shell in docker and execute ~bbs/bin/setuser 11111111111111111111111111111111 username
3. login as that user again, and you've got the perm.
