⁠BCOnexus platform-free BCO builder and editor

The BCOnexus platform-free tool was created by DNAnexus, in partnership with George Washington University. This tool can be run on any platform that supports Docker, presenting a graphical user interface for the import, parsing, and export of BCO workflow objects.

Data may be loaded in as CWL, WDL, BCO, or DNAnexus workflow objects. Each domain may be explored by clicking into the domain area and drilling down to different levels. Multiple BCOs may be loaded and merged, to create a combined data object. BCOs may be exported either to local or to the DNAnexus platform as a file.
