⁠Fake CloudFront

This Docker container pretends to be CloudFront in our AWS account.

1. Serve the UI bundles if the request url has a commit hash.
2. Reverse proxy everything else to BeanAuth.

To use it, you'll need to dcm run after which it should be listening on port 8443⁠.
