bencomp/devbase-rvm repository overview

Using RVM is hard, but I think I managed.

This image was built from [dockerbase/devbase] and a Dockerfile, and started off as an adaptation of [dockerbase/devbase-rvm], but changed quite a bit along the way.

Included are (among other packages):

• python-dev
• python-pip
• openjdk-7-jre-headless
• RVM
• JRuby 1.7.15
• Bundler 1.7.3

The non-root user is devbase.

⁠Notes

• call bash -l explicitly to have the rvm script available
• use bundle with JRuby like so: RUN bash -l -c "rvm jruby && bundle install"
