Prerequisites

Download docker desktop

Ensure you are signed into docker desktop

To run application

In your terminal:

First pull the docker image from docker hub: docker pull bengidocking/python-flask-host2:api1

Type the following command in your terminal:

docker run -d -p 5050:5050 bengidocking/python-flask-host2:api1

navigate to the following URL: localhost:5050/hello

alternatively use the command in your terminal: curl localhost:5050/hello
