rocker/geospatial + dependencies (except maxent.jar) needed for R oneClass package (only on github).
This image was setup fast and is not optimized at all. The following more tricky things could be improved in the future.
rocker/geospatial brings a lot of packages and features that are actually not required for oneClass. It could be thus reduced to make it as slim as possible.
But there seems to be an issue. When trying
