ARM64 build of phyremaster/papermc with openjdk17 (compatible with 1.18)

This is a build of https://github.com/Phyremaster/papermc-docker⁠ with openjdk17 for ARM64 architecture.

This allows you to start a 1.18.* minecraft server.

Here is an example:

sudo docker run -p 25565:25565 phyremaster/papermc

And here is a more complete example for docker compose:
