bfayers/docker-acestream-proxy repository overview

Docker-TTV

A docker image to run aceengine + aceproxy,

As a result, you will be able to watch AceStream live content without having AcePlayer and other dependencies installed locally.

Perfect for XBMC (even on Raspberry PI), Mac OSX, where AceStream in unavailable, or hard/expensive to launch.

Installation

First, install docker into your system. Read about it here: https://www.docker.io/gettingstarted/

Then just do something like this, to launch a proxy for Torrent-TV:

  1. Build the image.
docker build -t bfayers/aceproxy git://github.com/bfayers/docker-acestream-proxy.git

OR download the binary one, this is faster

docker pull bfayers/aceproxy:latest
  1. Run the aceproxy with your settings.
docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -e "UPLOAD_LIMIT=numberInKbps0IsUnlim" -e "DOWNLOAD_LIMIT=numberInKbps0IsUnlim" --name aceproxy bfayers/docker-acestream-proxy
  1. Read AceProxy manual for usage instructions: https://github.com/ValdikSS/aceproxy/wiki. tl;dr: point your video player at http://127.0.0.1:8000/pid/STREAMID/stream.mp4 where STREAMID is the id of the ace stream you're trying to watch.
