bgio/build repository overview

Currently, we only support building CentOS 7 RPMs.

This is meant to be used as an image to build the Beer Garden RPM. To build the RPM you can simply clone the beer-garden GitHub repo and run:

./bin/build.py --distribution centos7 --python python3 rpm
