bgulla/myriad repository overview

This is a dev build.

docker run --net=host -t -v /<path_to_hadoop_confs>:/myriad-conf bgulla/myriad

• This was tested with HOST networking, remotely distributed hadoop binaries and ran as the yarn user. Natively installed binaries should work, just update your myriad-config-default.yml file.
• Myriad currently supports up to hadoop-2.7.0 but if you want to get crazy and try 2.7.1, just run something like docker run --net=host -t -v <path_to_hadoop_confs>:/myriad-conf -e "ALTERNATE_HADOOP_URL=https://www.apache.org/dist/hadoop/core/hadoop-2.7.1/hadoop-2.7.1.tar.gz⁠" bgulla/myriad
