⁠Quick start

Mac / Linux:

mkdir -p practice
docker run --rm \

Windows PowerShell:

mkdir practice -Force
docker run --rm `

Open http://localhost:8888⁠ in your browser. JupyterLab opens with 22 chapter folders ready for practice.

⁠What's in the image

• Spark 3.5.3, Delta Lake 3.2.0, Python 3.11, OpenJDK 17
• JupyterLab 4.2.5, auto-opens to the practice folder
• 7 core CSVs + 15 raw messy files + Parquet/ORC/Avro/Delta variants

⁠How to use

1. Open the book on Kindle, pick an example
2. Open the matching chapter folder in JupyterLab
3. Type the example's Solution code into a cell
