Dockerfile to set up a windev_batch container

⁠Build

docker build --tag amuteau/windev https://github.com/amuteau/windev_batch.git

⁠Run

docker run -d -v /product/INCKS:/opt --name windev billbob/windev_batch

docker stop windev_batch_inconnusKS ; docker rm windev_batch_inconnusKS
docker run -d -v /product/docker/config/batch_inconnusKS:/opt --name windev_batch_inconnusKS billbob/windev_batch
