The tag contains two numbers.

• The first one is the date when the tumbleweed image was upgraded.
• The second one is the version number for the installed package perl-Perl-Tidy in tumbleweed. (this is the important one to reproduce the check performed by travis in https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst⁠)
