⁠Running Circos via Docker in Linux or Mac commandline

  1. Put configure files and data files in a folder then named circos
  2. Run commands in shell
$ docker pull biocan/circos:v0.69-9
$ docker --rm --mount type=bind,src=/path/to/circos,dst=/root biocan/circos:v0.69-9 circos -conf /root/circos.conf -outputdir . -outputfile tutorial_image.png
