biohpc/snapatac2 repository overview

Built with Dockerfile from https://github.com/kaizhang/SnapATAC2⁠ (recommend-interactive/Dockerfile). The Snapatac2 version was set to 2.7.0.

#Start the Docker container (if needed replace 8009 with any open port number) docker run -dit -p 8000:8888 -v /workdir/mydata:/data -v /workdir/mynotebooks:/notebooks -e LOCAL_USER_ID=$UID biohpc/snapatac2:2.7.0.

#get token (replace xxxxxxxxxxx with container ID) docker exec -u user xxxxxxxxxxx jupyter server list

#open jupyter in web browser, the format of URL is: http://xxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxxx:8000/lab?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx⁠
