miniconda version for jupyter notebook

is a simple docker container to use jupyter notebook. The python base is built by miniconda.
to run the notebook server use the following command:
$ docker volume create notebooks
$ docker run -it -v notebooks:/opt/notebooks -p8888:8888 bioinfbo/jupyter
