biomedia/ubuntu repository overview

This repository contains different Ubuntu installations for the build of various software projects.

The tags contain the Ubuntu OS version number, followed by the names of the projects in all lowercase separated by a dash character:

• Prerequisites for Medical Image Registration ToolKit (MIRTK)⁠:

Tag "biomedia/ubuntu:mirtk" is obsolete and has been replaced with "biomedia/ubuntu:14.04-mirtk". More recent MIRTK version may depend on more recent Ubuntu image, e.g., "biomedia/ubuntu:18.04-mirtk".
