Docker image to create a inmemory FDP.

Note : The FDP used in this docker image is a dev version. If you find bugs please report it to the fdp developer

⁠Create docker container

docker run --name YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME -p 8080:8080 -d biosemantics/fdp

To access fdp api doc go to:

http://localhost:8080/fdp/swagger-ui.html

⁠To access the bash of the container

docker exec -it YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME bash
