⁠Docker image for linked-data-demo

Docker image to create a virtuoso instance and options to start linked-data-demo.

⁠Create docker container

docker run --name YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME -p 8891:8890 -p 8081:8080 
-e DBA_PASSWORD=dba -e SPARQL_UPDATE=true
-d biosemantics/linked-data-demo

⁠To access the bash of the container

docker exec -it YOUR_CONTAINER_NAME bash

⁠Use the bash command below to start linked-data-demo

sh /data/scripts/startup.sh

⁠Change the SPARQL endpoint URL

In /opt/tomcat7/webapps/linked-data-demo/js/config.js file change the value of the SPARQL_ENDPOINT variable according to the host port.

According to the above container example var SPARQL_ENDPOINT = 'http://HOST_IP:8891/sparql?query='
