bixbeta/trexatac repository overview

⁠CBSU users:

• To run the container on cbsu network, first pull the docker image from dockerhub using the following command: docker1 pull bixbeta/trexatac:v1

• Start a new container in the background using the image pulled in the previous step: docker1 run -d -it -p 8080:8787 -v /path/on/local-machine:/workdir/ imageId /bin/bash

• Launch the container interactively to run atac-seq pipeline inside it: docker1 exec -it containerID /bin/bash

Once inside the container, run source ~/.bash_profile to load all the binaries into the bash env. To start the rstudio server run bash start.sh script inside the docker. On web rstudio server will now be available at the localhost:8080

To exit the container, type exit and hit return.

In the container, /wrokdir/netid will be mounted to /workdir by default.
