Docker course exercise 1.15

The application is a simple review ratio calculator running on React. You push buttons and it gives you numbers.

The application uses the port 3000, so for example publishing it in the host machine's port 5000, you'd use the following command:

$ docker run -p 5000:3000 blakaut/practice
