blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname
SELISE Blocks Logic is the logic and automation service for the SELISE Blocks platform. It provides the backend capabilities required to define, execute, and manage application logic and automated workflows within the Blocks ecosystem.
The application is designed as a backend service that integrates with other SELISE Blocks platform components and supporting infrastructure.
The Docker image:
blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname
contains the production build of the Blocks Logic application and is intended to be used as the runtime image for deploying the Blocks Logic service.
The image provides the application runtime required for:

Database Messaging Blocks Services
The application exposes its configured API/service port through the container.
For production deployments, the container port should be mapped according to the environment-specific configuration and Kubernetes Service definition.
Example Docker run command:
docker run -d \
--name blocks-logic \
-p 5000:5000 \
blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname
docker pull blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname
The image can be deployed to Kubernetes using the following container configuration:
containers:
- name: blocks-logic
image: blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname
ports:
- containerPort: 5000
The application can then be exposed through a Kubernetes Service and Ingress or an external application gateway.
The Docker image follows the standard Docker image naming convention:
<organization>/<repository>:<tag>
For Blocks Logic:
| Component | Value |
|---|---|
| Registry | Docker Hub |
| Organization | blocksos |
| Repository | prod-blocks-logic |
| Tag | tagname |
| Full Image | blocksos/prod-blocks-logic:tagname |
The Blocks Logic container provides the application runtime. External infrastructure and supporting services are deployed separately according to the target environment.
Depending on the deployment configuration, Blocks Logic may communicate with external services such as:
These dependencies are not bundled into the application container.
The image is intended for production deployment environments where the container can be managed using Docker, Kubernetes, or another container orchestration platform.
A typical production setup consists of:
