bm2lab/drsim repository overview

Usage:

1. Pull image from dockerhub:
   docker pull bm2lab/drsim

2. Run the image in interactive mode with your dataset:
   docker run -it bm2lab/drsim

3. Change directory into /home/src:
   cd /home/src

4. DrSim can be applied for :
   Drug annotation
   python DrugAno.py --help
python DrugAno.py -ref DrugAnoRef.h5 -query query.tsv

   Drug repositionin
   python DrugRep.py --help
python DrugRep.py -ref DrugRepRef.h5 -query query.tsv
