⁠How to use this image

⁠Pull image

docker pull bm2lab/mascot

⁠Run docker

docker run -it --rm -v <path_to_data>:/root  bm2lab/mascot

"<path_to_data>" is your working directory and the default output directory. This directory is mapped to "/root" within docker.

After runnig the docker images, you should see the R interactive shell. Then please just follow the Github Manual⁠ for detailed walkthrough examples to run MASCOT.
