⁠docker-rmlint

Docker image for rmlint for running on unRaid. This is built with the linuxserver Guacamole gui base image (https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-baseimage-guacgui⁠) in order to provide a webUI for rmlint. It compiles rmlint from source so it should always be the latest version. The version on the Ubuntu repo is several years old.
