⁠dockerised wireguard mesh VPN setup for docker nodes

Status: currently not working as docker needs privilges and even setting ALL doesn't allow wg to be created. Can be run on host, so not sure if this needs to be dockerised. Might continue this later.

Setup a mesh wireguard VPN on docker nodes, quick and easy.

#1 First node (can be any node, just to create a node with a key).
