run docker container and start execution with: sh /Task2/predict/for_redistribution_files_only/run_predict.sh /opt/mcr/v98/

use BraTS Toolkit to generate segmentations: https://github.com/neuronflow/BraTS-Toolkit⁠ (survival prediction support is a work in progress and might not be live yet)
