Imgproxy built for arm64 with full support for AWS linux/arm64/v8

Imgproxy arm64 Docker built for Amazon's AWS linux/arm64/v8. Fully tested and currently in production, running straight with no errors whatsover.
Full merit to the Imgproxy team for developing this great solution and for their excellent support: https://github.com/imgproxy/imgproxy

This image was derived by Imgproxy's own docker guide (links available at their website's documentation) with some simple substitutions pointing to Go's ARM64 required dependencies.
I created a quick bash script to automate the final image, which must be rebuilt whenever you need a current version of Imgproxy. All modifications done to the original image are on this script.
