This Docker image contains the software needed to run Matrix eQTL. Matrix eQTL is a quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping software for quickly performing association tests on millions of genetic variants and thousands of molecular phenotypes (gene expression, DNA methylation, chromatin accessibility, TF occupancy, etc.).
