COPY id_rsa /root/.ssh COPY id_rsa.pub /root/.ssh COPY id_rsa /home/postgres/.ssh COPY id_rsa.pub /home/postgres/.ssh COPY config /home/postgres/.ssh/config RUN chmod 700 /home/postgres/.ssh RUN chmod 600 /home/postgres/.ssh/id_rsa RUN chmod 644 /home/postgres/.ssh/id_rsa.pub RUN chmod 700 /root/.ssh RUN chmod 600 /root/.ssh/id_rsa RUN chmod 644 /home/postgres/.ssh/id_rsa.pub RUN chown -R postgres:postgres /home/postgres/.ssh

Copy your personal id_rsa, id_rsa.pub and config into the same directory as the Dockerfile. docker build -t avisodb . docker run -e "institution=" -p <local_port>:5432 --name database avisodb

Connect to postgres via the local port set above
